Welcome to TEAM 3332. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TEAM 3332 website, web application, and membership services (together, the "Service"), operated from team3332.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TEAM 3332 is a membership-based virtual running team. The Service lets members log running activities, join challenges and leaderboards, participate in virtual and in-person group runs, earn badges, and connect with other members.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a membership. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly at ernest@team3332.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (including renewals) by emailing ernest@team3332.com. After 14 days, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Running is a physically demanding activity that carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, and in rare cases death. By participating in any activity, challenge, or group run through the Service, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release TEAM 3332 and its operator from liability for injuries or losses arising from your participation in running activities connected to the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (activity logs, profile details, photos, comments). You grant TEAM 3332 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the Service — for example, on leaderboards and team feeds visible to other members. You can edit or delete your content at any time.
You agree not to: falsify activity data; harass, threaten, or abuse other members; impersonate others; attempt to access other accounts or our systems without authorization; scrape or copy the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The TEAM 3332 name, logo, design, and all software and content provided by us are our property and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without written permission.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms; if we do so without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your membership term on a pro-rata basis.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEAM 3332's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
