This Privacy Policy explains what information TEAM 3332 ("we," "us") collects when you use team3332.com and the TEAM 3332 app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: we collect only what the Service needs to work, and we never sell your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as secure cryptographic hashes — we cannot see them.
Profile information you choose to add: bio, location, avatar image, pace group, and membership tier.
Activity data: runs you log, including distance, pace, duration, calories, notes, and any route data you submit.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number — we store only a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, request times) used for security and keeping the Service running.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate your account, memberships, leaderboards, challenges, badges, and group runs.
To process payments and manage renewals through Stripe.
To send service emails — welcome messages, password resets, and important account or billing notices — via Resend, our email provider.
To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

3. What Other Members Can See

TEAM 3332 is a team. Your name, avatar, pace group, badges, and logged activities (such as distance and pace) are visible to other members on leaderboards, challenges, and team feeds. Your email address and payment details are never visible to other members.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers that run the platform, and only what each needs to do its job:

Stripe — payment processing
Railway — application and database hosting
Resend — transactional email delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The app stores a login token in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing ernest@team3332.com — we will delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment records).

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow standard best practices to protect your data.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time — most profile data can be edited directly in the app, and anything else can be requested by email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
